Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 apples
    5 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. oil
    3 c. plain flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cut 5 or 6 peeled apples into small pieces.
    Sprinkle with 5 teaspoons cinnamon (or to your taste) and set aside.
    In a large bowl mix ingredients (except apples) until smooth.
    Pour 1/2 cake mixture into a 10-inch greased and floured tube pan; add 1/2 apple mixture.
    Add remaining cake mixture to pan and top with remaining apple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cake will be golden brown when done.
    Remove from pan immediately and cool.
    Best served cool or cold.
