Macadamia Nut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. whole Macadamia nuts (9 oz.)
6 Tbsp. salted butter
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Preparation

Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Equally distribute Macadamia nuts over bottom of dish.
Set aside.
