Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
    1 c. yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. flaked coconut (optional)
    1 c. (20 oz.) pie sliced apples, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 egg yolks or 1 egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to
    350\u00b0.
    Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly.
    Mix
    in coconut.\tPat mixture lightly into ungreased oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 3-inches, building up slight edges.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
    Arrange apple slices on warm crust.
