2 Minute Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a casserole, stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla. (Mixture will be stiff.)
    Cut butter over top.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir vigorously until smooth.
    Blend in nuts. Pour into waxed paper-lined loaf pan.
    Chill one hour.
    Cut into squares.
