Avocado Corn Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ears fresh or frozen corn on the cob, scraped of kernels
    3/4 c. grated Havarti cheese (or any white cheese)
    4 green onions, tops only, chopped
    1 1/2 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco
    10-inch partially baked pie shell *
Preparation
    *Using your favorite pie crust recipe fit the dough into a 10-inch false-bottom quiche pan.
    Line with foil and fill with rice.
    Bake 10 minutes in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven.
    Remove foil and rice and bake 5 minutes longer or until lightly colored.
