Carrot Cake 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon, then add eggs, oil, carrots and nuts.
    Mix all together well.
    Pour into angel food cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
