Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. low calorie strawberry gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 lb. fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 (6 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Combine gelatin with 1 cup hot water.
    Add strawberries, crushed pineapple and bananas.
    Pour 1/2 of this mixture into a 1 1/2 to 2-quart mold.
    Refrigerate and let thicken.
    When set, cover with a layer of sour cream.
    Spread remaining gelatin mixture over the sour cream.
    Refrigerate.
    Unmold before serving. Serves 12.

    1 serving = 1 fruit, 1/2 fat.
