N.Y. Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 lb. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order given, beating well after each. Pour in well-greased 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Shut off oven.
    Leave in oven for 2 hours.
    (Total:
    3 hours; do not open oven door from start to end!!)
