Cherry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can cherry pie filling
sugar
cinnamon
Preparation

Cream the sugar with the oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended.
Add flour sifted with the baking powder. Pour 1/2 into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread the cherry pie filling over the dough. Sprinkle lightly with sugar and cinnamon. Add remaining dough and sprinkle with more cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze when still slightly warm.
