Maryland She-Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat, picked
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    nutmeg to taste
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. light cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Add celery and onions.
    Saute until tender.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add cream and crabmeat.
    Season with nutmeg to taste.
    Do not boil!
