Shrimp Maska - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shrimp (unpeeled, headless)
2 oz. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
6 buds garlic
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. rosemary, crushed
1 Tbsp. salt
1 oz. cooking sherry or wine
Preparation

Heat olive oil in pan.
Add shrimp and spices.
Saute for 20 to 30 minutes.
Add wine and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot with French bread.
