Ice Cream Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Angel Loaves
cherry-nut or vanilla ice cream
chocolate sauce, if desired

Preparation

Bake Angel Loaves.
Cool.
Cut cake crosswise into 1/2-inch slices.
Cut each slice in half and put together with matching slice of cherry-nut or vanilla ice cream.
If desired, top with chocolate sauce.
Makes 12 to 14 sandwiches.
Use remaining loaf for another dessert.
