Mexican Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. golden raisins
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    dash of ground cloves
    dash of ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/4 c. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
Preparation
    Cook and stir beef, onion, garlic and crushed red pepper in 10-inch skillet until beef is light brown. Drain. Add tomatoes, green pepper, raisins, salt, chili powder, cumin, cloves and cinnamon. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    In separate pan, cook and stir almonds over medium heat until golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir almonds and olives into beef mixture. Serve with rice.
