Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Cut cabbage in wedges or shred and cook in boiling water until tender.
    Drain and place in casserole dish.
    For sauce, melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat; stir until smooth.
    Stir in milk; boil for 1 minute until thick.
    Spread sauce over cabbage.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
