Skillet Sausage And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter
    3 c. precooked or smoked meats
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1 (16 oz.) can whole potatoes, drained
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy pan; add sliced meats.
    Cook 2 to 4 minutes, stirring until brown.
    Add broth and stir 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly to mix.
    Cover and simmer over moderately low heat 10 minutes, until hot and flavors blend.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
