Snickers Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 bag caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    3/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix cake according to directions.
    Pour half
    of batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Melt caramels with milk and butter over low heat.
    Pour caramel mixture over baked cake.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of the nuts and all of chocolate chips over mixture.
    Pour remaining batter over this. Sprinkle with rest of the nuts and bake 20 minutes.
