Self Crust Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 large eggs, well beaten
    dash of salt
    1 c. milk
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add to well-beaten eggs.
    Add milk, evaporated milk, melted butter, salt and vanilla flavoring and mix well.
    Grease a 9-inch pie pan with butter; pour mixture in pan and sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
