Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick margarine
1/2 lb. American cheese, diced
1/4 lb. Ritz crackers, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain well. Pour broccoli back into pan.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir in cheese and 1/2 stick of margarine until melted.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Melt remaining margarine in pan and stir in crushed Ritz crackers, then spread over the broccoli.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
