Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh crab meat
2 fresh eggs
3 hard-boiled eggs, grated
1/4 lb. melted butter
3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning (cut down on salt if seafood seasoning is used)
parsley, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Clean crab meat and pick out all bones.
Combine everything and roll in egg, then bread crumbs and fry in deep fat.
