Holiday Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole almonds (6 oz.)
    2 c. walnuts (8 oz.)
    2 c. pecans (8 oz.)
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Toast nuts at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in sugar and salt.
    Slowly fold nuts into mixture and mix until coated.
