Aunt Mollie'S Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon with juices, skin and bones removed
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 well beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dehydrated parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except parsley flakes).
    Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Use parsley to garnish top of casserole.
    Serves 2 \"oink-oinks\" or 3 normals.
