Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Mix. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Beat until combined.
Pour half of the mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with half of the topping mix. Add remaining batter and topping. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
