Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag frozen broccoli
1 large bag frozen cauliflower
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
Preparation

Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Saute onion and margarine.
Add cheese, soup and mushrooms. Simmer until cheese melts.
Pour sauce over vegetables.
Sprinkle with almonds and bread crumbs.
Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
