Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 (6 oz.) can thawed lemonade
1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. pulled pieces angel food cake
Preparation

Mix gelatin, sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
Add eggs and beat.
Stir in undiluted lemonade and water.
Cook this custard until it coats a spoon (about 5 minutes).
Cool.
