Chocolate Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    16 oz. Cool Whip
    1 c. 4x sugar
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
    3 1/2 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Blend the first 3 ingredients together. Spread into a 9 x 13-inch buttered dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Let cool.
