Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiled, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. pecans
    `1/2 c. flour
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes.
    Slice each potato lengthwise on the top. With a teaspoon, remove the center of potatoes to a bowl, leaving the potato shells intact.
    Add 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, salt and pepper to the potatoes in the bowl. Mix until smooth.
    Divide the potato mixture evenly among the potato shells, mounding.
    Sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Microwave at High for 1
    minute per potato.
    If more than 2 potatoes are microwaved at one time arrange in a circle.
