Ditalini & Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. cubed cooked ham
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 minced garlic cloves
    6 c. water
    29 oz. tomato sauce
    30 oz. Great Northern beans
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. cooked ditalini pasta
Preparation
    In large pot, heat oil & saute ham, onion & garlic until tender.
    Add water, sauce, beans, parsley and pepper and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes to blend flavors.
    Add pasta.
    Serve with grated Romano or Parmesan cheese.
