Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. raw peanuts
Preparation

Cook sugar, Karo and water until threads or crackles in water. Add peanuts. Cook to 290\u00b0 to 300\u00b0.
Beat in the butter, vanilla and soda quickly. Spread on greased cookie sheet.
