Vegetable Couscous - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped tomatoes (about 2 large)
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
    1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
    5 c. hot cooked couscous
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients except couscous and cheese to boiling in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Serve over couscous.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 6 servings.
