Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    onions, chopped
    celery, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    chicken broth
    1 c. rice
    1 can English peas, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil chicken (when done, pull meat off bones), onions, celery, salt and pepper.
    (Reserve liquid.)
    Cook rice in 2 cups of liquid you reserved.
    Put rice in casserole dish.
    Pour English peas over rice.
    Mix remaining liquid with soup mixture.
    Put chicken on top of peas; pour soup mixture over that, then put a layer of cheese on top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until hot.
