Spicy Shrimp Louisiana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. shrimp
1/4 tsp. white pepper*
1/8 tsp. black pepper*
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper*
1/2 tsp. basil*
1/4 tsp. thyme*
1/4 tsp. salt*
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. flour, white
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can chicken broth
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
Preparation

Cook shrimp about 3 minutes.
Set aside.
Combine spices*, set aside.
Slowly add water to flour; mix into paste, set aside.
Heat oil in wok or large skillet until hot.
Stir in onion, pepper, celery, garlic and cook until soft.
Mix in spices.
Stir in broth and tomato paste.
Stir in flour mixture.
Cook until sauce thickens.
Add shrimp, green onions.
Stir until blended.
Serve over rice.
