Chicken Baba - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 stick butter
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 c. Marsala wine
    1/4 c. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Clarify butter.
    Flatten chicken breasts between waxed paper. Brown chicken on both sides in butter over medium-high heat.
    Add mushrooms; cook about 10 minutes on medium heat.
    Add Marsala; cook about 5 minutes.
    Place Mozzarella on top.
    It will melt quickly and chicken is ready to serve.
    Goes well with steamed rice.
    Serves 4.
