Cucumber-Radish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
    1 c. thinly sliced radishes
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine yogurt, corn oil, parsley, vinegar, mustard and salt.
    Add cucumbers, radishes and green onions. Toss to coat.
    Makes 4 servings.
