Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken, cooked and deboned
1 (8 oz.) pkg. (more or less) Ramen noodles
1 medium onion, diced
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation

Simmer chicken and save broth.
Remove cooked chicken from the bone and cut into bite size pieces.
Cook noodles in broth. Saut onion, mushrooms and celery in butter.
Mix together milk, soup and Velveeta.
Warm until cheese melts.
