Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    3 eggs, beaten
    Italian bread crumbs
    1 can mushrooms
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Debone chicken breasts and cut in small pieces.
    Dip in beaten eggs, then roll in Italian bread crumbs.
    Let stand for 15 minutes.
    Brown in oil.
    Put in a large casserole dish.
    Cover with mushrooms, Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
    Before baking, pour the 1/2 can of chicken broth over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
