Easy Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh carrots
    chopped onion
    chopped bell pepper
    1 bottle Kraft Catalina salad dressing
Preparation
    Scrape carrots and slice into 1/4-inch slices.
    Boil until cooked; add chopped onion and bell pepper last 10 minutes of cooking.
    Drain and toss with dressing.
    Chill.
    Serves 4.
    Goes well with grilled chicken, rice and bread.
