Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all together, except corn flakes and melted butter.
    Put in shallow casserole dish.
    Mix cornflakes and melted butter; spread on top of potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until lightly browned.
    Makes a large amount and can be frozen.
