Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 flank steak
soy sauce
salt
black pepper
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 1/4 c. chopped shallots or green onions
1 1/4 c. red wine
1 stick butter
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
Preparation

Brush steak with soy sauce and sprinkle well with salt, freshly ground black pepper and dried thyme, crumbled.
Let stand for an hour.
Brush again with soy sauce and grill over brisk fire 3 or 4 minutes on each side for rare steaks.
Carve with sharp knife in thin slices on the diagonal.
