Fresh Peach Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. sliced fresh peaches
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs and add sugar and oil, mixing well.
Combine flour, salt and baking powder; add to egg mixture alternately with orange juice.
Add vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, toss peaches with sugar and cinnamon.
Pour 1/3 batter into a greased, lightly floured tube pan.
Layer 1/2 peach mixture over it.
Cover with 1/3 batter and the remaining peach mixture.
Spread remaining batter over all.
Bake one hour.
Cool cake 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
