Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (110~)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Stir in 2 more cups flour.
    Knead until smooth and elastic, about 12 minutes.
    Let rise in warm place until more than double, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Bake at 425\u00b0.
