Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Ghirardelli semi-sweet chips
    1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. half and half
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring cup or serving pitcher.
    Microwave on Medium about 4 minutes or until mixture just starts to boil, stirring once during cooking time. Stir to combine ingredients to a smooth sauce.
    Serve warm over ice cream.
    Refrigerate leftover sauce and reheat in microwave on Medium as needed.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
