Dutch Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1/2 c. onions, sliced
    4 c. carrots, cooked and diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp and remove from pan. Cook onion in drippings. Add carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Turn carrots into hot vegetable dish and garnish with bacon.
    Makes 6 servings.
