Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. ground beef
5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
3 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. mustard seed
5 tsp. black pepper
6 tsp. hickory smoked salt
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Keep covered 3 days, mixing every day.
On fourth day, roll out in logs.
Bake at 175\u00b0 for 8 hours. Turn after 4 hours.
