Cheeseburger Macaroni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. water
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes and water; bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until macaroni is done, stirring once. Stir in cheese. Yield: 4 servings.
