Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small boxes French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 box graham crackers
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can chocolate fudge frosting
Preparation

Mix pudding with milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Line bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan with graham crackers.
Pour half of pudding mixture over.
Line with another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
Top with another layer of graham crackers.
Melt icing in microwave and pour over top of dessert. Chill and serve.
