Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    36 Doritos corn chips, plus 1 c. corn chip crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 can water (tomato sauce can)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. comino spice
Preparation
    Take 4 tablespoons shortening and melt in skillet.
    Then add chopped onions and 1 pound ground beef.
    Cook until meat loses red color.
    Then add 36 Dorito corn chips, 1 cup grated cheese, 1 can enchilada sauce, 2 cans tomato sauce and 1 tomato sauce can of water.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and 1 tablespoons comino spice.
    Pour into baking dish (8 x 12-inch), greased.
    Top all ingredients with grated cheese (1 cup) and 1 cup Frito corn chip crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
