Cheddar Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. minced onion
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimiento, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat cheese together with
    1/4\tcup
    of the mayonnaise, minced onion, mustard and pepper sauce until well mixed.
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Stir cheese mixture together with the
    hot
    macaroni.
    Let
    cool.
    Combine all other ingredients.
    Stir together with macaroni mixture.
