Cottage Cheese Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. flavoring of your choice
Preparation
    In large bowl, add the brown sugar, butter and flour. Mix as you would for pie dough. Take out 3/4 cup and set aside. To the large bowl, add the egg, cottage cheese, milk and baking soda. Beat on high speed. Stir in your favorite flavoring such as rum or vanilla. Pour into a 7 x 10 loaf pan and sprinkle the saved 3/4 cup of crumb mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Fast and easy.
