Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour plus 1 tsp. baking flour
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
    1/3 c. canned pimentos, finely chopped
    1/3 c. milk (can use buttermilk)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in butter and cheese.
    Add pimentos, milk; drop dough the size of an egg on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Garlic powder can be used.
