Mom'S Double-Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. corn flakes cereal, crushed to 1 3/4 c.
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. frying chicken pieces, rinsed and drained
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or butter, melted
Preparation
    Put crushed corn flakes cereal into shallow dish or pan.
    Set aside.
    In a small mixing bowl, beat egg and milk slightly.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix until smooth.
